If you have been treated as a patient in hospital or
have been under the care of a specialist consultant within the last two years, or if you
have ever been treated for a heart or breathing related condition, or have been diagnosed
with cancer, you will be required to contact the above Medical Helpline to check if your
medical condition can be covered. This service is operated by Medscan, an independent
division of Travelcare Ltd. The call will be charged as a local call and treated with
the strictest confidence. If a pre-existing medical condition cannot be covered,
insurance can still be purchased on a limited basis. |

| 24 Hour Assistance |
Travelcare Ltd. has arranged through Europ
Assistance, a service that includes help with such things as replacement of lost or stolen
tickets and/or travel documents, the search for lost luggage and its onward delivery when
found and the cancellation of any credit cards if they are lost or stolen. The return
home of any children will also be arranged, with an escort, where necessary, if the children
are left unsupervised following hospitalisation of their parents. |
