Brown Trout & Grayling

An ideal short break destination for Trout fishing in the Czech Republic.  With great fly fishing and very versatile conditions, beautiful rivers and tiny picturesque creeks, fishing is right on the doorstep.  You are literally spoilt for choice for locations.

Frantiskovy Lazne is 3 kilometres to the north of the town of Cheb in Western Bohemia, very close to the German border.  The surrounding area is packed with places to fish.  Most are owned and controlled by the Czech Fishing Union but there are also some very nice rivers, streams, ponds and small lakes which are privately owned and regularly stocked with fish.  You will mainly catch Wild Brown Trout and Grayling.
